Mark Kreider
Ecologist & Science communicator
Hello! I'm an ecologist who cares about creating equitable, useful, and trans-disciplinary science. I'm a Forest Scientist at the Nature Conservancy, and recently completed a PhD in Forest and Conservation Science at the University of Montana. My research focuses on understanding the natural role of wildfire, how ecosystems and societies respond to disturbance, and how to make public lands accessible to all. I'm passionate about linking art and science to communicate my work in accessible and engaging ways.
